LAND USE AND ZONING CHANGE AFFECTING CYPRESS KNOLL

The Bunnell Planning Board recommended “Approval - With Conditions” to change the land use and zoning from Residential to Commercial B-1 for an approximately 9-acre portion of two parcels of land owned by SR 100 LLC south of Egret Trail and Easthampton Boulevard in Cypress Knoll .

The Bunnell Planning Board’s “Approval - With Conditions” is considered a recommendation. The “Final Approval” now rests with the Bunnell City Commission.

The Cypress Knoll Community Association has been notified that there will be a hearing on this subject at the Bunnell City Commission Meeting in Bunnell City Hall, 200 S. Church Street, Bunnell, Florida on October 7, 2008 at 7:00 PM.

All Cypress Knoll residents are asked to please make every effort to attend this meeting and voice your concerns.
