OCTOBER 21, 2008 CITY OF BUNNELL COMMISSION’S SECOND HEARING OF AGENDA ITEM 2008-47 CONCERNING THE SR 100 LLC PARCELS SOUTH OF EGRET TRAIL
THE ABOVE HEARING IN BUNNELL HAS BEEN POSTPONED UNTIL NOVEMBER. CYPRESS KNOLL RESIDENTS WILL BE NOTIFIED OF THE NEW DATE AS SOON AS IT IS RECEIVED. SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
LAND USE AND ZONING CHANGE AFFECTING CYPRESS KNOLL
The Bunnell Planning Board recommended “Approval - With Conditions” to change the land use and zoning from Residential to Commercial B-1 for an approximately 9-acre portion of two parcels of land owned by SR 100 LLC south of Egret Trail and Easthampton Boulevard in Cypress Knoll .
The Bunnell Planning Board’s “Approval - With Conditions” is considered a recommendation. The “Final Approval” now rests with the Bunnell City Commission.
The Cypress Knoll Community Association has been notified that there will be a hearing on this subject at the Bunnell City Commission Meeting in Bunnell City Hall, 200 S. Church Street, Bunnell, Florida on October 7, 2008 at 7:00 PM.
All Cypress Knoll residents are asked to please make every effort to attend this meeting and voice your concerns.
